Founding Director

Mayisane & Associates was founded by its current Director, Mr Dumisani Khoza, a registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years of individual experience in the design and management of rural and urban infrastructure projects in South Africa, with delivered work extending across the border into the Kingdom of eSwatini.

Mr Khoza holds an MBA and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (Gibs), a B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil), and a Diploma in Engineering (Civil). His extensive experience spans civil, structural, and project management disciplines, with particular expertise in transportation infrastructure, water and sanitation systems, stormwater management, and community-based development projects.

Under his leadership, Mayisane & Associates has grown into a respected multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy serving both public and private sector clients. The firm is ISO 9001:2015 accredited and maintains a strong commitment to skills development, transformation, and delivering sustainable engineering solutions.
