Founding Director

M&AES was founded by its current Director, Mr Dumisani Khoza, a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the design and management of rural and urban infrastructure projects in South Africa and surrounding SADC countries.

Mr Khoza's extensive experience spans civil, structural, and project management disciplines, with particular expertise in transportation infrastructure, water and sanitation systems, and community-based development projects.

Under his leadership, M&AES has grown into a respected multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy serving both public and private sector clients, with a strong commitment to skills development, transformation, and delivering sustainable engineering solutions.
